14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Overview
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned in full, including all parts and components, and the packaging must be in its original condition.
- The product must show normal use only. Any damage resulting from misuse or mishandling will not be eligible for return.
- Products intended for hygienic use must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
- Any defects must be reported immediately upon receipt of the item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns will be processed within 7 business days. If all conditions are met, we will confirm the return within this timeframe.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used improperly or damaged in a way for which we are not responsible.
How do I return my order?
If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps:

Please include the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the product (in case of damage)
- Customer's full name
- Customer's full address
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the correct return address.
Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return conditions
- All returns must be shipped to our source agent's warehouse in Asia.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items must be in original condition (unworn, unused, and with tags, if applicable).
Damages or issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest solution is to:
- Request a return for the original item.
- Once approved, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive your return:
- We will process it within 2–4 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
- Funds are typically returned via store credit, coupons, or your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Please note: If refunded to your original payment method, your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing an order.
Due to our rapid processing and fulfilment system, orders are prepared quickly and cannot be modified or cancelled after this window. Once this period has passed, customers must wait for delivery and follow the standard return procedure if they wish to return the item.
